Naranasan mo na bang masaktan?
Paano mo ito hinarap?
Itinago mo lang ba sa sarili mo at nag patay-malisya ka na lang?
Kung oo, bakit mo naman ito iniiwasan at ayaw pag-usapan?
Ang sakit na nararamdaman natin ay parang basura na kahit pilit nating itago ‘kapag tumagal, aalingasaw at sisingaw din’. Bakit kamo? Kasi kapag pinili mong magsarili at pinilit mong mag-isa, darating ang araw na dahil sa sobrang bigat ay bibigay ka din.
Keeping everything to yourself will not help you, in fact, the more it will harm you. Baka umabot pa sa punto na kahit ano pang maibibigay na tulong at solusyon ay huli na, ikaw ang mahihirapan sa huli.
So as early as now, do something about it and LET IT OUT.
Ano ba ang dapat natin tandaan to properly manage the pain?
ADMIT THAT YOU ARE IN PAIN
Aminin mo na nasasaktan ka! A WOUND CAN’T BE HEALED IF ONE ACTS LIKE IT DOESN’T EXIST.
Sabi ko nga, kung patay-malisya ka lang sa mga nangyayari lalo lang bibigat ang pasanin mo just because you’re prolonging the agony in your heart.
Let go of it kasi kapag pinakawalan mo na yan, saka mo lang din makikita yung mga bagay na dapat gawin to solve your problems.
ADMIT THAT HEALING TAKES TIME
Acknowledging the pain doesn’t necessarily mean na mawawala na kaagad yung sakit because it takes time for healing to happen, BUT you’re on your way there kasi nagawa mo na ang step one.
Enjoy the journey kasi in the end you’ll get to understand what really happened, why it happened to you, and how you will deal with it next time.
ADMIT THAT YOU NEED GOD
Ano ba ang pinapangambahan mo ngayon? Ang hindi mo alam ang mangyayari sa huli at baka hindi mo kayanin yung dagok mo sa buhay?
STOP— hindi mo kailangan isipin yang mga bagay na iyan. Ang kailangan mo lang gawin is to surrender everything to God and give your full trust in HIM at siya na ang bahala sa lahat.
THINK. REFLECT. APPLY.
Ano-ano yung mga bagay na pinagdadaanan mo ngayon?
Have you acknowledged the problem or tinatago mo lang?
Anong gagawin mo para makawala sa bigat na nararamdaman mo?
