A SIMPLE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WOULDN’T HURT

Ikaw ba ay isang boss o leader
na may mga sariling staff?

Staff na tumutulong sa atin na
maabot ang goal ng kumpanya?

Paano ba tayo sa kanila
kapag may nagawa silang maganda,
tama, at kapaki-pakinabang?
(Naks parang panatang makabayan lang, haha!)

  • “Eh trabaho naman niya talaga yun noh”
  • “Ano gusto mo, may pa-banda at pakain pa ako sa ‘yo?”
  • “Kala mo naman ang laki ng nagawa!”
  • “Maraming salamat sa iyo, couldn’t have done it without you”

Aminin natin, meron talagang mga bossing
na kala mo ikamamatay ang pagsabi

ng “Salamat” o pagpapakita ng appreciation.

Nakalulungkot lang isipin na
para bang may hinihintay tayo
o kaya kailangan pa ata tayong kilitiin,
pilitin, at yugyugin para lang mapakita natin
how thankful we are for them.

Samantalang, we can say this
In just ONE word.

Kaya tuloy si employee,
they don’t feel important

and appreciated.

Feeling nila, balewala lang ang
lahat ng kanilang ginagawa.

So next time, may tendency na
mawalan na sila ng gana.

Bakit nga ba may mga taong ganito
at ano ang posibleng maging epekto nito.

“Hindi naman ako kailangan”
“Ni minsan ‘di man lang ako pinansin”
“Ayoko na mag effort, ‘di naman ako nakikita”

Hindi naman sa nagiging takaw atensyon
ang tawag dito but you see,

no matter how big or small it is,
they deserve a little bit of appreciation.

Effort nila iyon eh.

Kung tayo naman ang tatanungin,
hindi natin magagawa iyon

without their help.

“Pwede naman ako maghanap ng iba”

Yes that may be true.
Pero kung ganito pa rin ang magiging ugali natin,

he or she will feel the same way.

Mawawalan at mawawalan na ng gana ‘yan.
Magtatagal na lang sa kumpanya

because they need a salary and
not because they still have the same
concern sa atin at sa kumpanya
tulad ng dati.

Wala na yung passion kung baga.

Nung una, masaya tayo.
Boss and employee.

Superior o employee man kung tawagin
pero eventually we started to become friends.

And it’s a normal thing
lalo na’t lagi natin silang nakakatrabaho.

Pero kapag sila ay nasagad na
at nakahalata na wala tayong pagpapahalaga,

maaaring mawalan na rin sila ng pakialam sa atin.

Sabi ko nga, pumapasok na lang sila
para sa sahod at hindi dahil sa atin.

“Eh ‘di mapapagalitan siya, siya naman naka front eh”
“Overtime s’ya mag-isa nya basta ako uuwi na”

Samantalang dati, kapag
may naka binbin na trabaho, hanggat

nakikita nila tayong natatambakan pa,
at kailangan pa natin sila, hindi sila umaalis
sa tabi natin. They will stay because they care.

Pero kapag naputol na ang koneksyon?
Nako, gustuhin man nating tumulong sila,

ayaw na nila kasi binabalewala lang natin sila.
Kaya naman I suggest…

sa mawala sila.

Aminin man natin o hindi
pero kailangan natin sila.

Huwag nating hayaan na dumating ang
oras na iwanan nila tayo kasi

tayo rin naman ang mahihirapan
at makahanap man, cycle lang ang mangyayari
kapag gano’n pa rin ang ugali natin.
